1. Return for Exchanging Style/Color
We won��t accept exchange normally but if you persist in exchanging your item you received, please first return the those we have shipped to u. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer. You must contact us immediately after you receive items we send and also before sending the items back to let us know which style or color you want to replace. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags,cards attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.The main point is we dont accept the products are used and even worn
2. Return for other Reasons
1) To return an item, you must contact us and inform us of the reason within 5 days after your receipt. You should send us the images to improve the problem you reported. We only accept return and offer refund on the condition that we sent you the broken, wrong size, style or color on your orders. However, we reserve the right to refuse any return and all refunds (at our discretion) for the following reasons: if you didn��t contact us to let we know the problem; if we didn��t send u broken item, or wrong size/style, color; if the product(s) have clearly been worn and used, with food stains, perfume smells, tears, rips or other signs of use and abuse that were clearly not on the item(s) when shipped. In the very rare instances such as this, we will not refund nor will we return the item(s) until return shipping payment is received.
2) After you send us the images of the items to prove the problem you reported and we confirm it��s really our default caused the problem, we��ll agree to accept return. we��ll provide our shipping address for you. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back if the items was not wrong size, color or not quality issues. Once the item arrives we will refund the money to you through the original method of payment, but will deduct the shipping fee and handling fees charged by the payment company. We do not cover the shipping cost of return, you will be responsible for the return postage.
3) Before you return, please make sure our items in their original condition : unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged ,unworn and must have the tags and cards, dust bags ,packaging film still attached. And please provide the delivery invoice or mailing packaging invoice of post office. We will arrange refund only on the condition that we receive our items in those original condition we mentioned above or the items will still return to you, and we won��t refund.
4) We��ll refund to us after we confirm the items you returned in their original situation and will send u a email to confirm the money we should refund.(Shipping fees we send the items to you and transaction handling fees charged by the credit card payment company will be deduct from your original payment, thank u for understanding).
5) Note: We hope those customers who paid via credit card not to ask their credit card issuing company for refusing payment before contact us to settle down all the problem, it��s both unprofitable to both of us.communication can settle down any problem.
